Canvas Users Group in Microsoft Teams

The Canvas Users Group in Microsoft Teams is a place where instructors and other users can post questions, suggestions and useful links, as well as receive updates about Canvas at KU. KU staff will be available to answer questions, but all members are encouraged to participate and provide input or answers for any questions posted to the group. Steps for joining the team are described below.

Steps for Joining the KU Canvas Users Group

  1. Open Microsoft Teams on your computer or through Office 365 at office365.ku.edu
  2. Choose Teams in the left-hand menu.
    • Teams option in the left-hand menu of Microsoft Teams
  3. Choose Join or create a team
    • Join or create a team option in Microsoft Teams    
  4. In the Join a team with a code option, enter zaz9udg
    • Join a team with a code option in Microsoft Teams  
  5. Click Join team to be added to the Canvas Users Group.
